Mars, here we come!

Starship Serial Number 8 High Altitude Flight Test video from SpaceX Youtube Channel.

I was super excited this morning to wake up to the SpaceX SN8 High Altitude Flight Test. That Starship Serial Number 8 exploded upon landing is beside the point. It was a successful ascent, it did its jaw-dropping aerial maneuver which flipped it into position for landing. Yes, it exploded upon impact but it got us so much nearer to Mars in so many ways only a space scientist could enumerate.

Last week, the Association of Professional Futurists Emerging Fellows 2021, or #EF21s had our first meeting, and although the program officially starts next year, I am excited to embark on this full-year writing journey. Tonight, I attended the first live meeting for the Sky Blue Environmental Leadership Program, or simply Sky Blue, organized by Common Purpose, a global leadership organization.
